Your babe is super busy and on the move. They need foods that will give them the optimal level of nutrition and energy for their growth, so they can power on throughout the day.
We include amazing sources of omega 3’s, such as salmon and chia seeds, which are perfect superfoods for your babe’s brain development. Plus, there is even more texture to promote chewing – chomping some chunks.
This stage of palate training is about continuing to offer a variety of healthy foods and confidently encouraging your little person to be an adventurous eater. You may also notice that your babe is really starting to enjoy their independence to self-feed.
