INTRODUCING FOODIE BABE VEGGIE MEALS
When you’re first introducing Foodie Babe vegetable meals to your bubs (especially the green ones), a tried and tested approach, is "little and often". Here's an easy way to do it:
- Remove the tub out of the freezer. Leave it out for 3-5 minutes, tip it upside down and gently squeeze, them remove the lid and the frozen food will pop out.
- Place on a clean chopping board and take a large sharp knife (if you run it under some hot water, it’ll be easier to cut) and cut the frozen meal into quarters (25g portions).
- Pop back into the tub and return to the freezer. This enables you to take a 25g portion at a time, so there’s no wastage.
